Our grilled chicken -v- the fried chicken
Our flamed grilled chicken may be wearing its skin, but it loses more than half its fat through cooking and grilling. However deep friend chicken contains all its fat from the skin as well as the fats absorbed from the fried oil.

Pandoo's salads

the oils used for our salad dressings are low in saturates (harmful fats) and high in poly unsaturated (good fats).
